For agencies and designers who desire a long lasting product and unlimited possibilites in their graphic panel design, high pressure laminate (HPL) panels are the panel of choice. This method uses the latest in outdoor durable inkjet technology and thus the sign graphic is produced directly from a digital file. Using extreme heat and pressure, the final product is a permanent fusion of image and HPL that can never delaminate, separate, crack or peel. Finished panels are cut and edge finished.
Maximum panel size is 5’ x12’ and can be tiled to create seamless murals of unlimited size. Custom shapes are available, along with several thicknesses to choose from; 1/8” and 1/2” being the most popular. Grades 1/2” and over are self-supporting and can be fitted with threaded inserts... perfect for easily attaching to walls, railings and posts without visible hardware.
