Another popular sign type is our Polycarabonate/Aluminum Composite. We began producing these panels a number of years ago in order to fill a need for a relatively inexpensive and yet aesthetically pleasing graphic panel which would be outdoor durable.
The sign consists of a .020 polycarbonate sheet sub-surface screen-printed and laminated to a .063
Available in .055 thickness. This substrate is extremely durable, especially in cold climates. It generally must have a backer board for larger sizes. Works well on bulletin boards and as trail maps.
Lightweight and yet durable. Similar to 'cardboard box' type material except it is entirely made of plastic. Works well where some board rigidity is required. Fluted pattern shows on face of the material. Outdoor weatherable.
Thicknesses available are 4mm, 6mm and 10mm.
A 6 ply polycoated cardstock used for temporary outdoor uses. Should last in the outdoor elements for up to 3 months.
We also sell 18” aluminum wires to compliment the cardstock signs, perfect for in-ground mounting for use with event advertising and political signage season.
Aluminum-faced products are popular sign materials that can provide excellent outdoor durability. They are an aluminum composite material made up of 2 white sheets aluminum with a solid or corrugated polyethylene (black plastic) core. It is approximately half the weight of regular aluminum. These products are used nationwide for posted signage.
Available in a variety of thicknesses starting at 3mm.
Aluminum faced products include Dibond, Omegabond and Alumilite and can be used in conjunction with vinyl letters and digital vinyl graphics.
Great for real estate signage, event advertising, and politcal signage.
Wire staking or angle frames are also available for in-ground mounting. They are easy to use with quick-step foot pressure installation.

The velvet finish of the top surface lends a sense of quality to the panel while the over-laminate offers additional UV protection from both weather and vandalism.
The polycarbonate/aluminum panel has proved to be a viable alternative to other more costly sign systems and is available in any size up to 24x36 in.
